Danelle was so great on the phone contacting the insurance company while I was on the phone for two vehicles for mobile chip repair. She dispatched Sam and he was there within an hour! It was a last minute decision on my part since both vehicles were here, and it was done so quickly. Thank you! We used Mike's to replace a fogged-up window in our RV. Super pleased with their service! Coy arrived on the date promised, had the old window out in no time, and covered the opening very thoroughly - it survived the record, one-day rainfall that Ft. Myers received on January 27! The replacement window was ready in the time promised. Coy again arrived in the specified time frame, and the window was installed in a matter of minutes! Great job!!!
I had to have someone come repair my windshield, and when making the appointment I specifically asked to be called prior to the tech arriving. It was almost out of my window for someone to arrive so I called to see what was going on. These folks went out of their way to work with my auto insurance to replace the windshield with OEM equipment and managed to have the entire cost covered. They came highly recommended by the dealership as well as the reputable collision centers. We had issues with our driver side window motor yesterday, with Hurricane Irma coming. We needed someone to come out within the next day. Mike's Auto Glass came by at noon the next day and helped get the window back up and in reasonable placement. We still need to get the motor and get everything fully fixed, but our minds are more at ease until the parts come that we need. Thank you, we will use your service for the motor replacement as well.
Mike's has to be one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. They did a quality installation, their team was friendly, well skilled and punctual. Amazing!!! They took that stress out of what is typically a stressful situation.
