AMAZING!!! I had my window busted out by a baseball at my son's soccer practice! It I happened 2 1/2 weeks ago and I can't even tell u how many places I either called or went to trying to find my window!!! This was the only company that I could fine that was able to find my window! The technician, Charles Boynton was awesome! I did an awesome job. I truly will appreciate him and the company! I used Mike's Auto Glass for a new windshield and was very impressed by the service and professionalism. Everyone I spoke to was great, especially Chad, who was not only prompt and professional, but went the extra mile to give me a quick pointer on another auto issue. They helped me out in a real bind. Prompt, courteous and professional installer named Lou went above and beyond. Excellent service.
I cannot say enough about this company! Top notch! From the initial phone call with Erica helping me make my appointment and file my insurance claim, to the installer that came out to my work and replaced my windshield, everything was perfect! Thank you guys so much!!!
