From making the reservation, to arriving and being greeted immediately, to the excellent table service, to the delicious food, it was a first class experience!
Calamari was fantastic but never had a bad meal in all the times I have been there. I do have to say I don't care for the taste of their Cole slaw
This time we stayed at the bar, had cocktails while waiting for the rest of party to arrive, decided to stay put for our meal. Love trying different meals, everything was great. We are out of state and come whenever we are in town. The staff was friendly attentive, and smiled, except 1 dark haired gal, who seemed annoyed the whole time we were there.Thank goodness she did not wait on our group.
This was my second time eating at Mike's. I flew in from Dallas, TX and after dropping off my luggage, I was on my way. Every bite of food was delicious, so flavorable. I plan to visit again soon. There's so much I want to try. Oh and don't forget the service. Great customer service.
First and foremost I must commend our server, Faith. She was awesome, very pleasant - great customer service skills. Very accommodating . Food was great except the lobster bisque , not good for anyone with hbp health issues.
Mike's has probably the best service for the best price of any large restaurant in the area. The only thing to complain about is the parking situation. I hope they will consider expanding parking since it is dangerous to cross the street when there is no crosswalk.
