We are never disappointed when we come to Mike’s! The food and service is always outstanding!!
Soft shell crab is amazing
Very disappointed with Mike’s. We have given them business as a family for 30 years and they would not even attempt to accommodate us to come in as a party of 10 for my father’s 60th birthday. Will be sure to let others know this. I suppose this is what happens when your restaurant becomes very successful, forget about the customers that helped get you there. Won’t be returning.
I got gluten poisoning and when retracing my steps I called Mike's "American" to confirm that the food I had was indeed gluten free. Based on the visual description of what I had, I determined that they did indeed serve me the gluten free version so the accidental ingestion must have happened somewhere else. But their response was the most customer centered and considerate response I’ve ever had from a restaurant.
