Mike Willis Ford Service Dept gets a big zero.... Took my truck for oil change and tire rotation only to have front passenger wheel almost fall off at 60 mph on interstate. 4 lug nuts so loose I took off with fingers. Informed Mgmt and didn’t even receive call back to check on issue... Next truck will not come from there... VERY DISAPPOINTED...😤😤😤
Great group of people who are down to earth . Love the environment . Great with every single need that I have asked for !!!! Update as of July 29,2019: had an issue to get taken care of , on spot pickup at my job . Vehicle was serviced and dropped back off to my work earlier than my clockout time !!! Done in timely fashion. Satisfied as always !!!

Chan and his team at Mike Willis really raise the bar higher when it comes to buying a new/used vehicle , they're very welcoming and make you feel comfortable when buying , very straight forward, honest and respectful group of people. I just bought my Tahoe in July and it has been in their shop 3 times for the same problem and I’m now waiting on them to call me back for it to go in a 4th time. Every time I call, someone has to call me back or I leave message after message for them to NEVER call me back!! It took an entire week last time to get someone to answer me back. I have called them this week about this same problem for 3 days now and still haven’t gotten a return call.
