Spend your money elsewhere unless you know exactly what you want. Unhelpful, unorganized and unknowledgeable about the vehicles on this lot. Keep your expectations low when shopping at this dealership.
Absolutely worst car buying experience of my life. To make a long story short, it has taken me 4 months of constant contact on my (the customer) part to get my license plate, they sent me to another dealership to have my spare key made in which that dealership didn’t even have a machine and had to go back to Mike Willis just for them to tell me I had to “make an appointment” because they decided to send service home early, management blames employees for any mishaps yet let’s employees run wild, was constantly harassed about... read more
I’m on my second Ford in 3 years, and though I’ve had to use the service department several times lol (minor warranty work on new vehicles), Mrs. Sandy has taken great care of me EVERY TIME! If you need the service department make sure you ask for her ☺️. Thanks, Mrs. Sandy, for always making me feel important enough to go the extra mile.
