We bought a used Honda Pilot this past weekend. Turns out the radio wasn't working. My husband called to bring car to get it checked out, they said to bring it in. They just called and said the radio is broke and wanted us to pay $700 to get it fixed. This is crazy. DO NOT EVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE! I will post the salesman's name as soon as i get home to get the business card!
The service department is first class. They say what they do and do what they say. If there is a problem, they are Johnny on the spot to make things right. Always a positive experience
