I’m having issues with my car and have had my appointment moved twice in 1 week due to them being short staffed and tremendously backed up. I was assured by the service advisor that I would get in and seen first for my upcoming appointment that’s on tomorrow. I just received a phone call that now they will need my car 3-4 days for the issues listed above even though i was promised something totally different despite them being backed up. Service done today at Mike Smith Honda - even though it was an unusually busy day for them (fortunately I was able to leave my vehicle for the service job) & the fact that I had no prearranged appt. they were very courteous & attentive! Genifer was very professional & on top of things! And Kevin got up to ck on an additional request, fixed it quickly, had me on my way in no time! Mike Smith Honda has exceptional service, they are very thrall in finding and fixing the issue with your vehicle. The staff ( mainly Brandy in service is who I dealt with ) was beyond sweet and helpful trying to accommodate and listen/update whenever possible..
