Jordan was our salesman and he was very good. He showed me and my wife all the new features on our 2016 Honda CR-V. Took care of the trade and even went above and beyond by saving some forgotten things left in the trade in.
I purchased a 2016 Honda Accord Coupe and I am in total love with it! I wasn't even looking for it and Jordan gave me a little tour of the car and I loved it! He's really great at taking the pressure and stress off of buying a car! If you go in, ask for Jordan Swearingen and he will give you excellent service!
Rude, disrespectful, despicable behavior is obviously supported and encouraged at this dealership. I have never seen anyone treated with such blatant disrespect as my mother was at Mike Smith Honda. Take your money anywhere else. There is not a way to select NO STARS or that is what I would have chosen. Anywhere else, employees would be fired for the kind of behavior they displayed, but not here. Why are these people still in business?
I had the worst birthday ever due to the transmission going out on my current car. I spent most of the day trying to sort out getting a new car. I worked with Trent Ryan, Josie Echols, and the general manager Chris. They were awesome! Kind and patient despite the fact I probably made things more of a hassle than it needed to be, but they worked with me. I got almost the exact car I wanted, at a great price and in the timeline I needed it. Thanks everyone!
