After talking over email with the internet manager about a vehicle and asking for pictures we never recieved, we decided to stop in to see the vehicle. I was emailed a price on a vehicle and when I arrived at the dealership, I waited around over 30 minutes for the person who emailed me, and was told a totally different higher price. They would not honor the price given over email. This is not ethical business practices.
Fantastic Service Dept, Ashley was so helpful in so many ways including a reminder call the morning of appt which for me is so helpful because I tend to forget. I spoke to 2 different salesmen, Mike and Jordon, very professional and knowledgeable and even though I was there just for service they the took the time to talk to me about some of the future changes Honda is making .The manger , Anthony, was just as great!
