Justin the Manager was World Class. We frequently visit Mike Shannon’s for weekly happy hour and did a nice meal for a belated Valentine’s. I ordered something I wasn’t super satisfied with and our waitress & Justin made it right. They made us feel understood and important as customers. Probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a restaurant. We came in for an early dinner with our kids and waited for over 10 minutes and no one ever came to greet us. Multiple employees walked by and didn’t even notice we were there. Oh and I forgot to mention that there was only two other tables in the dining room. My guess is they thought since we had kids it would be a good enough table. Needless to say I will never step foot into this restaurant again.
