Great food, great service! I love that each meal has a unique touch to it, always impressed.
Ate there last nite service was horrible they brought us plates that had chewing gum on them and then the waitress dropped a thing of ketchup on me and my son. She tried cleaning it up and made it worse. One of the waitresses slipped in it and fell. Was there for 2 hrs and nobody offered us a refill on our drinks. And all we got was sorry. Worst service ever!!!! This should be 0 stars
Had a wonderful evening with friends at Shannon's tonight in Edwardsville. Food was outstanding . Thanks to our server Steve 123. Great job!

Food was delicious...I ordered the BBBB minus blue cheese and instead used the house American cheese... Yummy!!! Only reason I have 4 stars is because the service was lacking :( this was my first time here and for a Monday night service should have been much better :/
I definitely don't recommend the one at the airport. Even for airport food, it was overpriced. And the people working there either hate their jobs, or they were all having a bad day. No smiles, no attention from the server. He just dropped the food on the table and walked away. And for an upscale place, why do they use what looks like a rag or a diaper for a napkin?
