On a visit to the store with a friend to pick up her jewelry, I bought my husband a ring. I wasn’t certain of his size and wanted it to be a surprise and they not only gave me a superb deal, they assured me that he could bring it back and they would order a new one in his size if they didn’t have one in stock to fit. They did exactly as promised!

I went in yesterday to drop my wedding rings off to get sized and soldered together and was told it would be 3 days, got a call this morning before they were even open to tell me that my ring was ready to pick up. I was excited! So happy they got it finished so quickly! Looks beautiful and I am very happy! Great customer service! Thank you!

Got a watch for Fathers Day that needed a couple of links taken out. I was told it would have to be left until tomorrow because it was not as easy to do as I thought. Problem is, this is the third watch like this I have had and I could do it myself if I was at home. Yes, it is that easy, but I just don't have the tools today. He was very arrogant and obviously thought it wasn't worth his time. I will certainly never be a customer again.
I had a brooch from my great grandmother designed into a ring. I went into Mikes to have him custom design it for me. I’m so glad I’ll have a ring to cherish and carry with me for the rest of my life!!! �
