Drove in to the service area, only one of two cars in there waiting, and a man, white hair, navy shirt, came to my window, I was trying to politely explain that I had the van in last week to another dealer and they told me when the problem started happening again to go to the closest place so they could run the code and it was happening and could he please help me and run the code. Spoke with someone to come see a car I was interested in. He told me to come down and see it. I drive all the way there and no car. He then says “Oh -it sold”. Ya right - I would never give them my business. I prefer dealing with honest people.
RecommendedThey have very good and experienced service men. They make sure they go over your invoice, before approval of the work being performed. I would definitely recommend this dealership. Customer service is good 👍🏾.
