There are a lot of good things about this place, but the Dealership for Life principle is just a fallacy. The services they offer are not for the life of anything, and you are only given 5 oil changes in a three year period. The dent removal "Safeguard" package is a scam, since they will not remove a ding which has broken the paint (at their discretion, and they err toward the paint being broken). We purchased a 2014 Honda Odyssey Touring Elite. Overall, our experience was excellent. Lynn, our original sales agent, was helpful, not pushy. Maurice, who handled the majority of our sale, was passionate and enthusiastic to complete the sale and make it as positive as possible. Maurice worked very hard to attend to each detail.
