Marvin was very friendly and explained all the details about the Honda civic. He did everything possible to make my experience a positive one. He worked very hard with the new car manager Jason, to get me a good price monthly on a lease and to get me a good trade in price on my current Honda Civic/ I really appreciate all his hard work. Tom Brown did a wonderful job explaining in detail all the paperwork I had to sign.
I didn’t have enough money to pay my bill, which was embarrassing to say the least. While my mind was racing about who to call to bring me a few dollars, the cashier took my bill to one of the service techs who adjusted it with no question asked. I have always had exceptional service at Mike Pruitt Honda, but this went above and beyond as far as I’m concerned. I will never take my car for service anywhere else. I had a horrible experience at Ganley Toyota which is why I switched to Mike Pruitt and their service department has been wonderful. Even when they are busy and there is a bit of a line they always seem to get to me quickly and get everything taken care of in a timely manner.

I always tell my friends and family that the prices at the Mike Pruitt Service center are very competitive and that the waiting room is very nice, not to mention how friendly the staff is. This visit was no different Craig was very courteous and made me feel at home like always and my car was done at least a half hour before the promised time.
