Had 2 vehicles. 1 vehicle was totaled in an accident not my fault. They paid me out and I purchased a new vehicle. They then renewed my policy with the totaled car and after selling my other vehicle they continued to bill me for 3 vehicles for 6 months claiming I would be credited soon, next month, eventually it became it’s not so simple to remove a vehicle. I was then told my billing account was suspended until they fixed the matter. 3 weeks later I get a letter my policy is getting cancelled if I don’t pay(for 3 vehicles).... read more

No help what so ever No estimate Misled through whole process Project from ****, kitchen remodel is half the kitchen I had As a policy holder I was given half 50% of money of estimate and the vendors that did research were paid in full 100% This project was in middle of Covid and contractors were hard to find without spending 3 times the amount. Incompetent Claims Department in my Opinion! Someone hit my parked SUV's rear end (pretty hard) on a restaurant's private lot. Witnesses and their staff gave me a report and photos when I went out to my car. The staff got the woman to come out so they could give me their insurance information. The couple has State Farm Auto Insurance, and so do I. I called the State Farm claims department and gave them the other parties' information. Last year I had to file two claims with State Farm on my car, one was my fault as I turned in front of another car and side-swiped another car causing damage to both cars. I had to get my car fixed obviously but the other driver never filed a claim. The second claim was when I ran over a log that was not visible and it damaged my car as well. So... two claims. I submitted an rental claim Middle of April. I still have no dissolution. I get no follow up calls, or emails, I wait a week or more to call and Everytime I call I get another list of things needed or something else that bring them concern. I submitted pictures, receipts, boxes, they have even questioned things that a receipt and boxes was supplied for. I have had rental insurance for nearly 5 years with this company. They're the worst in paying/settling auto claims when their insurers is at fault for running in back of me while stop/sitting at red traffic light. I would like to give a 0 * star

I wish I can rate -0 but 1 is the lowest....... Thank God I do not have State Farm as my Insurance company. So the day before Easter a man hit my mom (a senior citizen) house with his truck due to his road rage. It has been mark unsafe and she needs work before she can go back into her house. Her neighbor lawn was damage due to the accident as well and the crazy thing about that is the insurance company issued her a check to get her lawn fixed...HER LAWN FIXED!! State Farm pays under value for damage to your home so they don’t have to pay out. **** poor company to say the least. Their amount doesn’t even meet my deductible so I have to pay out of pocket. Why do I even inside the home when it covers nothing.

You may think your covered, when you let a family member or freind, that resides in a different state drive your vehicle. But with this company you are not. My son and I live together. My policy and residence are in *******, where we spend winters, and he has a residence in ***** where we spend summers. He was recently in an accident and was injured. He is listed as a driver on my policy, but his claim was denied on a technicalty solely because his legal residence is in Maine. I am currently searching for an honorable compan... read more
