They denied a claim due to their inability to contact their client who admitted to hitting my wife who was stopped at a light. We are filing a complaint. They have become a scummy company. Proceed with caution.
Lied to me about what submitting a claim would entail, did not accept the claim and now my insurance premiums are higher for the forseeable future

If I could give zero starts I would . Avoid State Farm insurance. At the beginning of April pipes burst inside my wall. I called State Farm and notified them that I was waiting on a plumber to arrive. Nothing was leaking under my sink but my floors was saturated in water . I called 10 plumbers whom ever came first had the job . The next day plumber came out . He stated he didn’t see any water leaking under sink he had to go through the wall, he did . BAIT AND SWITCH !!! That's exactly what the tech said to me!! Oh NOOOO! We don't bait and switch!!! I can't believe how CRIMINAL!!!! The quote I had Previous of State Farm was the same. WORST insurance!!! I already pay a HUGE amount of insurance premiums and now that i have a claim, they won't help to get a rental for me, and told me that it's my problem to find a rental not theirs!! Customer Service rep named "Curtis" was BEYOND rude, and disrespectful.
State Farm has done everything in their power to delay our roof being repaired/replaced from 3/31/23. Incompetent, dishonest, sad people. Two agents refused to let me speak to a supervisor. AVOID STATE FARM. This was the first time having home damage and the first time having to use the insurance. I will gather the needed documentation to file a complaint with the Attorney General.
LEGALIZED SCAMMERS!!!!!! Worst company ever font give them a dime you will instantly regret it. I DID. they denied every claim regarding my home roof twice and had a tree hit by lighting during a powerful storm that took out a fire pit trampoline and my neighbors fence. I would like to give State Farm a “0”. It is the most incompetent insurance company to deal with. Young teenager backed into my car; therefore, it wasn’t my fault. Of course he took his time filing the claim. The claim adjuster that it was assigned to was on sick leave. None of her colleagues had been checking her emails or voicemails. So I had to wait 7 days to even get a rental car. Even the accident report was available but no one was working my claim. How am I supposed to get to work???
