What terrible customer service. I was a customer for almost 2 decades. I finally cancelled march 23, 2018, because our rates got so exhorbinate. March 29, 2018, they took 409 dollars out of my checking account. Its now april 16th, 2018, and I have received one 52 dollar check in the mail so far. All they will say is, we are working on it, basically quit calling it will get done when it gets done.

I don't where to start high premiums even if you never have a accident or a single ticket they act like there doing you a favor with there fake every 3 years discount for not having a accident I pay a arm and a leg more than my car note each month for my vehicle which is dishonest I am now seeking new insurance companies and reviewing all of them first they raise my rate by 30 dollars because the claimed I moved to a different area in the same state lol dishonest not even 20 miles from where I lived before.
Horrible company. We were with state farm for 3 years paying $300+ per month for each car, got into an accident and they told us that my last month automatic payment didn't go through so they wouldn't cover the accident. I decided to go with G**** afterwards, best decision ever. State farm sucks, stay away.
If I could give them a -number for this review, I would. THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE. THEY MISQUOTED ME TWICE for my insurance during a state to state transfer. And when I was informed that my policy had to be re-written with the correct quote, I was told that all I needed to do was sign new forms and wait for my auto pay to come out of my account. I have been with State Farm for 40 years, with few claims. I have had home owners insurance for over 27 years with no claims. The end of January we had damage to the siding of our house from fierce winds. We filed a claim in February when we got estimates over the $1000 deductible. The claim adjuster came to our house and low balled the estimate by over $1000. I had been with State Farm Insurance in Utah for 35 years. Upon moving to Oregon, I transferred my insurance to a local office. When I moved I stored all my belongings in Storage Cubes and rented a furnished apt. My agent in Ut told me my belongings were covered by my homeowner's insurance and so I did not take any additional insurance with U-Pack Storage. I have been with State Farm insurance since I started driving in 1982 and have not had a ticket in 25 years. My dissatisfaction started several years ago when I received a notice that State Farm is no longer offering homeowner insurance in Florida. Avoid this business at all costs for Home and Auto. In my informed opinion, State Farm is an unethical protection racket masquerading as insurance. They are systematically mislabeling automobile claims to prevent policyholders from having options and they are non-renewing insurance on properties for less than $2000 in total claims over 11 years. The worst experience ever !!!!! I have been involved in ATTEMPTING to file a multiple home robbery claim with State Farm, that took place in Albuquerque at my brothers home. As an antique dealer for almost 50 years, his valued collect of art was stolen, not once, but twice, leaving him completely wiped out.
