That's like getting money out of an insurance company, I've always said.
Long time ago state farm was good never had issues with them now I'm trying to get a car with insurance thru them and they won't take it the insurance I'm with right now took it right away this is crazy
I was hit by road debris and it totally wiped out the under carriage of my car on July 6th. It is September 22 and I still don’t have my car back. State Farm will only approve OEM parts from vendors that have been giving the mechanic shop the run around. This State Farm approved supplier has shipped the parts I need to the wrong place. Now I have to wait even longer for wherever they shipped the parts to send it back to supplier , so they can send it to the correct address. Then they send the wrong parts!!! Did everything they could to not pay a claim for their driver who illegally entered our lane and sent our truck into another lane where we were again hit by a truck. They claim we could of done evasive driving so they will not pay a dime. Terrible service and no compassion. just worried about the bottom line.
For 3 weeks they said where going to pay for tire. Shop said was going to they were going to pay for tire. Estimate last night said paying for tire. Today not paying for tire
Company has fallen into the abyss. My customer has been trying for 4 months to get the cash value from their life insurance and we call every week. They tell us they have 6 months by law. I've never seen longer than 5-7 business days. This company which has stopped selling insurance in **********. Company is in a bad place. Do not do business with them until things change.

We’ve had State Farm Home Owners and Auto for years and years. They are great, until you actually need them and file a claim. The claims department is unhelpful and deceitful. They have flat out lied to me and don’t call back. They put in the “notes” that they tried to contact me multiple times, but they never do. I think that the State Farm insurance in Oxford Ohio is discriminating against people when they charge more for car insurance based on where you live!
