2013 ford focus The sales rep Ralph Cuellar was very helpful, respectful, and to the point. After a day of dealing with salesmen who refused to give a straight forward answer, it was nice to work with someone who wasn't afraid to make a simple statement. MERCURY MILAN 2010 #1 I received an enthusiastic phone call Thursday evening. #2 The first thing when I arrived at the dealership, Jay walked across the lawn towards me and introduced himself. He was very professional, neat in his shirt and tie. He listened to me and what I liked and what I wanted to accomplish with a trade in. Throughout the process he was kind, attentive and personable. And it just happens he is an alumni of the sale college as my daughters. Very nice young man!

Raptor purchase at Ford Maughton (thanks Calvin!) I had visited 3 dealers prior to going to Mike Naughton Ford and was starting to get discouraged on buying a Ford F150 Raptor. Calvin Williams gave me a call back from an internet inquiry and was very flexible meeting with me. I swung by the dealership at 7:30pm and Calvin jumped up to help me out.
