Bought 2013 F-150 FX4 EcoBoost and I LOVE it! Best car buying experience I have ever had. Jay was great to work with! He really knows his trucks and never tried to sell me something I didn't want. Unlike most dealerships these days, Big Mike Naughton Ford is not living in the 1950's. They treat women with respect and actually listen to what they have to say.
great deal I had gone into Big Mikes looking to get a car for my wife and daughter. I didnt know what my daughter would want so I had to bring her in the next day. I thought she would like the focus but she really liked the Cmax and my wife the fusion. Everyone there was great and the Tripp our sales man who made everything easy. I will send anyone I know looking for a car there.

Much Better Than My Last Car Buying Experience Traded in my 2011 Edge for a 2013 Edge. Freeway Ford was who I dealt with for my last purchase. They treated me very poorly- refused to fill up gas tank, sold me a car with the power steering pump out and overall made me feel very uneasy about my purchase. My experience with Mike Naughton was completely different. I was treated very fairly on my trade and was able to make a huge upgrade from my previous model. Would recommend Big Mike to anyone.
Exceeded my "Must Love It" criteria My new car is perfect! I love it! I found the perfect hybrid Fusion in a gorgeous color, with a beautiful interior, including the sun roof that I really wanted. The sales staff were courteous and knowledgeable, and helped me to compare the features and options of various vehicles in a way that was extremely helpful. Overall I would rate this car buying experience as exceptionally pleasant and postive.

Friendly without pressure I had a very good experience with Sal. Even when I wanted options that could not be found in the inventory, there was no pressure, and ordering a custom truck was easy. Sal kept me updated every step of the way. Highly recommended.
