Horrible Service I took my '08 Ford Ranger in for service this past Monday morning at 8:00am due to the gears "slipping" and my o/d light flashing. The man who helped me, David, was very friendly and seemed sincerely concerned by the problems I was having with my truck. I hadn't heard from them by 4:00pm so I checked in. disatisfied customer The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I took my truck in for a drivability issue. They charged me $1000.00 and when I asked to see the old parts. They looked almost brand new. Fine as long as the problem is fixed. Drove away and the problem was still there. I went back and asked the manager Blain if they confirm there repairs with a test drive at least. He said "That's not how we do things here". I will never go back to Big Mike Naughton.
Buy your car somewhere else We bought our truck from Big Mike Naughton. The truck is fine, however I was completely unimpressed by the way they handled the paperwork. We walked in with a check from our loan company to buy the truck outright and I was called not less than 3 times because they couldn't get the fact that they had been paid already. I won't go back.

Good car care! Great service staff, very helpful in coming up with fixes. Had a problem with rear windaow that was too expensive to fix, they did a temp fix that kept the window up an didn't charge for the work.
Not a place you should take your friends never your mom. I have purchased a small fleet of vehicles from Mike Naughtin for my firm starting in 1999, Since his daughter left the firm as GM and moved to Canada all aspects of Naughtons operation has slipped away as really foul . Their service writer Griff for the most part can be trusted. Their sales group are typical of the industry. Service? Yes! Recently I had a rattle in my one-ton superduty that I spent a significant amount of time trying to locate myself. When I wasn't able to find it, I took it to the very large and extensive service center that Naughton's has to offer. The guys found the problem (with an after market part) and only charged me for an our of their time. I also get the deisel oil that I need from them.
Super Scam Eight years ago, my son attempted to buy a new Ford Focus from this dealership. He traded in his Dodge pickup, and gave them $2,000. That wasn't enough...they wanted a co-signer. Against my better judgment, I co-signed. He had the car for 3 weeks, and they called, and said they needed an additional $2,000 or the car back. He took the car back, and the dealership said it was a "voluntary repossession", and refused to give back his pickup or the down payment.
