These realtors are incredibly difficult and adamantly unwilling to assist in searching for a rental property. I know it's a lesser commission, but it's still money, and you barely have to do anything. They refused to send me the MLS listings that fit what I was looking for which is absurd. It takes 2 minutes. I asked if there were any available agent that could help and the response i received was "I'll see if I can find one."
