I had a pretty rough start with my 2019 Colorado. I bought it out of town (only because the color I wanted wasn’t in stock) so when I had issues with it, I took it to Mike Maroone Chevrolet. Lots of hassles from GM but my rep Jeffrey went above and beyond and saw the issue was taken care of as fast as possible. I appreciate the effort they put in to get things resolved to my satisfaction. Next time I won’t waste time going out of town and just buy local!
Very prompt. Courteous. Stayed in communication with us. Jefferey, our advisor, was top notch! He renewed our faith in dealerships! The best experience we’ve ever had with a dealership! And we even met our technician, Byron! He offered advice as to other items that we need to address when back in Texas.
