They wouldn’t sell me the vehicle I wanted at the price they advertised it at. They said they made a mistake in the price they put on it. My advice to the dealership, do your homework on the price BEFORE you put it for sale, not after!!! You just lost my trust and business.
Sad to say that I purchased a car from this location less than a year-and-a-half ago. The radio has been going in and out and I'm still covered under my warranty the car was brand new when I bought it. Not only did it take them over a month with no phone calls or updates on trying to get me a rental car so they can figure out what's going on with my radio. But I waited 2 weeks with a rental car and they refuse to fix anything. my radio goes out when I'm driving I can't hear my blinker and I can't use any of my Bluetooth safe... read more
Horrible service. The sales side was fine. Except for a few little things I noticed on the final paperwork- like tire rotations being covered ( exclusions- on dually's) we were buying a dually. And the sales man still read off the tire rotation part- minus the exclusion!!!! We almost bought a $76,000 truck- and I'm so glad we had this terrible experience with their service department with our 2016 Duramaxx before completing the sale. Will never go back----
