To Whom it May Concern: Mike Lefton is very knowledgeable, pleasant, and helpful when either buying or selling a home. He responds to your phone calls quickly. He makes sure you understand all the paper work. He listens to what you want and doesn't try to sell you something you are not happy with. Being a first time home buyer I didn’t know what to expect when I started looking for a home. Mike Lefton is truly the #1 Real Estate Agent in my book. He was always on top of providing me with new listings that came on the market in my price range and contacting me immediately when an opportunity came up that he knew my wife and I would be interested in. Mike was my realtor when I purchased a home in Simi Valley in 2010. In 2012, Mike was my realtor when I sold my home. Mike is very personable, respectful, reputable, and easy to work with. He made both buying and selling a home easy processes. I enjoyed working with Mike and I would highly recommend him.

Mike made sure our interests were a priority. He negotiated with difficult buyers and and tackled all the bank request's that we were unfamiliar with. My wife and I felt confident that our needs were taken care of. We would definitely use Mike again.
