I had a townhouse in Simi that was underwater. I came to Mike after my first realtor dumped me since she thought it would be too much work with not enough payoff. Mike took on my townhouse and work very diligently to help me get it short sold. Even through the tenant issues, Mike worked with me and them to accommodate everyone's needs and still show the townhouse when needed. He short sold it with no out of pocket expense to me! He's a great person to have on your side!

Very easy to deal with (night or day he was always there for us) and was all over any problems that came up. We were first time buyers and he held are hand the whole way through the process. Not only was Mike very easy to work with but more importantly her is genuinely a very nice guy . Thank you Mike for all you have done for us. Shane and Lisa Gizis

Mike Lefton was without a doubt one of the best realtors I have ever had the pleasure of working with! He was on top of everything every step of the way from getting the buyer all the way through the move out. If you are in his area and you go with another realtor you're making a massive mistake!! Other than that I have no opinion.

Mike sold my home several years ago and was extremely knowledgeable about the market, very responsive to my requests and extremely fast to follow up with any aspect of the sale. I would absolutely recommend Mike to anyone who wants a true professional and results when buying or selling a home.
