I was extremely happy with the services of Mike Lefton. I called a few realtors and met them at the property that I was needing to sell. Mike got our house sold the first day it was on the market! He was very knowledgeable and helpful with every step of the home buying and selling process. I had a townhouse in Simi that was underwater. I came to Mike after my first realtor dumped me since she thought it would be too much work with not enough payoff. Mike took on my townhouse and work very diligently to help me get it short sold. Even through the tenant issues, Mike worked with me and them to accommodate everyone's needs and still show the townhouse when needed. He short sold it with no out of pocket expense to me! He's a great person to have on your side!

Mike Lefton was without a doubt one of the best realtors I have ever had the pleasure of working with! He was on top of everything every step of the way from getting the buyer all the way through the move out. If you are in his area and you go with another realtor you're making a massive mistake!! Other than that I have no opinion.
Mike helped us buy a short-sale home in Moorpark and sell our home in Wood Ranch. His approach was collaborative and effective in closing the transactions very quickly. He was reasonable and flexible and accommodated our needs and expectations very well.
