Short cuts and negligence. I own a home in the ********* community and I'm very disappointed in the build quality of the house and the response of the management to my questions/request. Ford offers a standard 1-year warranty on the house and they will repair (sort of) any issues you identify in that time but once the warranty is over (which is when the house finally settles) they act like you don't exist.
