RecommendedI would recommend Mike Fedt for either buying or selling a home. He was helpful in letting me know how to be ready for a sale. He listed my home at noon and by 6pm the same day we had 3 offers..all were above the asking price.
Mike Fedt did a wonderful job at explaining everything to get our house ready to sell, he also helped us find a great contractor to do the work. Once our house was ready to go on the market it took little as 24 hours to have 7 different offers. Once we accepted the offer it was now time for us to find our new home, Mike was very understanding of what we where looking for and the location. Mike was great to work with when it came time to sell our home. He provided us with a plan to market our home and followed through and helped us sell our house within 6 hours. Mike was always honest and upfront with us. I would highly recommend Mike Fedt if you are looking to buy or sell your home.
