DO NOT even think about this Realtor. NOT anything that he says he is true. Never made it to Closing... Was notified 2 days before closing from a co-worker that we were NOT going to Closing. COWARD!
HORRIBLE ! I called Mike to inquire about a property he listed. He told me he would call me back as he was on another phone call. I never heard back to him. He also told the seller that no one reached out to him. I am currently under contract with said property and he does not respond to his seller nor does he respond back to my agent ! I am due to close in less than 2 weeks and I don’t have faith that he will even show up ! HORRIBLE WITH A CAPITAL H !!!
Mike just sold my house within a week of him listing it. I previously had it listed for 6 months with another agent and I didn't even receive an offer on my property. I highly recommend him and will be doing business with him in the future.
