My favorite thing about Mike was that he never pushed me throughout the whole process. He explained things to me clearly and was really easy to work with. He knows the Los Angeles area inside and out, listened to my preferences and has shown me amazing homes and helped me find a place that was superior to what I thought I could afford. I highly recommend him!

I've bought two homes and sold one with Mike over the years. He was very patient with me in finding my first place and guided me into a property that I not only loved, but that gave me instant equity. He sold that property for me two years later for significantly more than I bought it and helped me get into a bigger place to accommodate my growing family. I found Mike to be very knowledgeable and enthusiastic from our first meeting. He's very savvy and creative and I genuinely felt he was always working towards our family's best interest. Mike kept us informed on breaking news. He knows the LA area really well, anticipates how things may go and presents multiple options. Lastly, Mike was willing to do things to help us that were outside the scope of his duties. It was a truly pleasant experience, plus we got more than our asking price
