I called on Thursday no answer. I called on Friday no answer both days left a message and phone number. Finally they called on Monday morning saying my car was ready

They had my car for longer than expected even though I kept my car until they received the parts. I do understand that they found something else once the car was taken apart, but I was never informed it was going to be longer until I called a week later. 4.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 4.5 Star : Repair Quality 4.5 Star : Customer Service My only complaint is the inside of the car wasn't very clean. There was still glass scattered throughout the interior and it was dirty.
1.5 Star : Likely to Recommend I wouldn’t go out of my way to recommend based on my experience. 3.5 Star : Repair Quality 1.5 Star : Customer Service The staff was nice but I never got updates on my car that was there for 3 months. I always had to call to get an updated status on how it was going. I was understanding of why it took so long but it would have been nice to have been kept informed since it was such a long process.
