5 Star : My Experience The communication with your office was clear and specific. The body work is A+. I've had the shop do work on a Ford Taurus wagon and a C-Max in the past. 5 Star : My Experience Brandy in the Body Shop was wonderful. She was thorough and explained the repair process and we got our Bronco back repaired, clean and in record time. I would highly recommend Brandy and Bass Body Shop.

4.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 4 Star : Repair Quality 4 Star : Customer Service I think a lot of the problem had to do with current supply chain issues with parts so I don’t want to blame them - but the car repairs took significantly longer than expected and we weren’t given tons of updates along the way.

5 Star : My Experience The body shop did a great job on the repairs it looks as good as new! It was even nice and clean when we came to pick it up. Brandy was a pleasure to work with. She did an excellent job of keeping us informed and helped us when we needed it!
