I've been to Mike Anderson's twice in Baton Rouge and both times were delicious. I figured the Gonzales restaurant would be as equally delicious. I was wrong. The fish & chips appetizer was over cooked, salty and had an overly fishy flavor vs the dip having a shrimp taste to it. My husband got the fried seafood platter, and again, over cooked, super salty and lacking. VERY overpriced for what he got. I got a shrimp platter, and it was actually pretty good.
