Amanda Wells was fantastic at answering all the questions I could think of, showed me a lot about setting the car up for me. She didn't just try to get me to buy a vehicle, she listened to what I wanted. If I could give a higher rating than 5 stars, I would. Everyone that was involved in my car buying experience from the guy that took my paperwork to the guy that did my loan application was fantastic and very friendly. They all deserve a raise,lol. purchased a new vehicle but was disappointed they would not price match to another dealer-even thou this was the last 2024 on the lot also within one day the low pressure tire light came on, during vehicle prep all 4 tires were left low
First car? Don't bother trying here. If you don't have 700+ credit, a prior history of auto loans, a $5,000-$10,000 down payment, AND a co-signer with 725+ credit, the only thing you're leaving here with is a lower credit score. They led us on for 3 days, credit check after credit check. They do not tell you the requirements upfront even when you ask question after question and do your research. We broke down in our dually 6 miles from this dealership and the service department was great. Since we were out of state they got the part overnighted and got us back on the road within 24 hours. That has to be some kind of record! Thank you to the service Manager for getting this done so we could get home.
As an older woman entering a dealership to purchase a new car alone, I couldn't have been treated with more respect and attention than I received from Mark Moore in Sales. Absolutely no pressure. I already knew which car I was interested in and he made the deal work! I left with a lower monthly payment than I anticipated. Jeff Burk in the Finance department was wonderful as well. Thank you gentlemen for making this process a truly enjoyable one.
