The waiter was rude to my daughter who was just asking questions...i wish i was there to get his name i would have posted it here. if you don't have good customer service you have nothing!!�
My first visit to Mikado. I have to say my chicken & vegetable dish was so fresh & delicious. Wonderful service as well, can't wait to go back!
Bill was over paid waiter tried to demand a higher tip! Food was great service by waiter was NOT
had dinner here tonight service was horrible we had the Hibachi Grill the guy answered his cell phone and had a 5 minute conversation while cooking our food we did not get any sake and he was lame I've been here 3 other times and the service was great then..... definitely not worth the $15 tip that they make you pay
Had dinner on the Hibachi side last night... It was amazing! Food was awesome and our chef Meng was FANTASTIC, and our servers were friendly and attentive! We can't wait to go back! Great job, you guys!!
