Excellent experience. My husband had a custom wedding set created (design from the website, but due to the stone being a unique size, the pre-made setting wasn’t a possibility). Excellent communication through the entire process. A few options were presented once the stone was chosen and all inquiries were answered within minutes, a few hours tops.
