Over the past 5 years with 3 children, I have been at this practice. I have noticed If I have an opinion about something I get talked down to. It's the same if I find information to challenge his diagnosis. This past week i had my daughter in to his office. She was miss diagnosed to begin with but when the steroidal cream wasn't working I took her back only to find out she has come down with a strain of the chicken pox virus. After I told them that I'd like to seek a second opinion, not only did they not get upset, they encouraged it. It made me trust them and their motives all the more. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was.
