Throughout her childhood in Central Mexico, she cooked with her mother and grandmother, helping to prepare family meals. When she moved to the States, she married Mike, had children of her own, continuing to make her favorite recipes from her childhood. We’re longtime fans of Miguel’s in California, so we were excited to try Miguel’s Jr.—and it did not disappoint! It’s a fast food version of our favorite spot, and for fast food, it was great. The crunchy tacos were especially amazing—super flavorful and perfectly crisp. Definitely planning to stop by again next time we’re in the area!
