Great atmosphere good fresh chips and salsa let's see how the food is
The last two times we've been to Miguel's in Eagle Point we have been sitting for over an hour before we got our food. Tonight, Friday, October 13, 2017, we sat for over an hour and people that came in a half hour after us received their food first. We are done with Miguel's. Your service is the worst. You better retrain your employees or you are going to lose a lot more business. Further, Miguel's didn't even offer to comp our drinks for us or comp any of the meal after we had been sitting there. Nothing special about the food. Our waitress was friendly, other then that it was so so

The second time coming here and after waiting an hour for our orders we will never go back. The automatic gratuity was so undeserved due to poor service
Been here twice recently - each time we have been seated out of the way because my husband has s service dog (a real one). Tonight we were told we had to take s spot in full sun as it was the only one available where no one could see the dog. I asked to be moved but was told that the seat I requested was another servers area and so was not possible. I am done supporting this business. Great spot by the river - it's s shame they are so unwelcoming.
Everybody seems to like it,so i gave it five stars!!
