The waitress who was Hispanic began by speaking Spanish to us as we are Hispanic ourselves but once she realized I spoke English she stopped using Spanish and would only speck in English even though the other 2 people I was with did not speck English. I was forced to translate back and forth between the waitress and the people with me. It was my first time here, despite everyone telling me not to come here. Halfway through our meal, we noticed a coarse dark hair embedded into the melted cheese of a quesadilla that my cousin ordered for her daughter. We attempted to pull the hair out but it wasn’t budging. When the waitress finally checked on us, we told her that we were not paying for it and she was completely unphased when we told her why. I wish I knew how to post a complaint on this Facebook page. I have tried to go to this place for years but constantly get disappointed...Horrible service...in person or on the phone. They certainly do not care about the customer experience or quality of food . What is really amazing to me is that the attitudes of the wait staff mirrors that of management. What happened to Miguel's Family Mexican Restaurant Eagle Point OR ?? It’s officially the worse place I’ve ever eaten now. Bad service by teenagers which is expected from kids but the food is horrible too. Haven’t been there in a long time. Won’t come back. I’ll stick to Juan’s El Corporal 💕 - they’re great
I’ve spent many of my childhood years eating at Miguel’s in Eagle Point and Shady Cove which was always a favorite. The service was always exceptional and the food was delicious. Unfortunately my most recent visit this past week was absolutely awful. Our server who was a young teenage boy was not friendly or helpful at all and lacked interest in his job.
