They did my wife’s car yesterday 2015 Kia Sorrento guy in the office literally told me he watched his guys on camera not torque the lug nuts. I’m sitting here at another tire shop. Thank you for the tires but I will definitely be suing this place , I went in to get 2 used tires , 2 different guys were doing it ! As I’m being told have a good day once complete I notice my car is shaking terribly bad down the high way with kids in my car . I called and they confessed to not tightening a certain part of the tire me walking out of there paying full price and now have to find someone to fix it is insane !!
