I've been to this salon a few times before and had fine service, but I made an appointment on 4/22 at 4:30pm and my card was charged. When I went to my appointment the studio was closed. I reached out and asked if I could be refunded the amount I was already charged via phone and text but they never responded to my request. Very disappointing to have my card charged and receive no service.
