They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. Their staff was somewhat friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name.
