I visited Dr. Pappolla's office for the first time today. There was a lot of paperwork to complete so they had a thorough understanding of my medical history, medications, previous treatment and pain level. Dr. Pappolla has a very impressive set of medical credentials, yet he is still compassionate and humble as he talks with patients. His staff is also kind and caring, as well as efficient in their work. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. You can tell they want their patients to be as comfortable as possible. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated and I was confident it was going to work wonders to help relieve my pain. Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
