1. Dude who checked me out when I rented the camper was very nice. He loaned me a single hitch because my hitch was too large. 2. Got to the place where I was picking up my daughter's crib set and there were no blankets in the back of the trailer. Blankets that I asked for and paid for. So my daughter's crib set got scuffed up on the way home cuz it had to be picked up that day and that time! 3. The location sucks! Have rented here for the last five years, great staff and any time I need an extra unit no problem or any moving supplies that I need, they will even order specific boxes.

I am the owner of 911 Restoration of Chattanooga. We have rented office and storage space here for the last 5 years and they meet our needs perfectly. Staff is friendly and responsive to all needs.

Lady was very rude and hateful. First time renting a trailer and she talked yo me very hateful and condensing.

I want to give a huge shout-out to Tamira. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, and just took care of us during our return. She did things the right way and took her time to teach me how to unload the car from the Auto-transport and unhitch the truck. I have to get U-Haul truck in 1 month, and I will definitely be back to this location. Thank you!
