I noticed most of the bad reviews are from many many years ago. Don't pay attention to them! I have rented U-Haul trailers from this place twice. The man working there has always been super helpful. He hooks them up and I did absolutely nothing except back up my suv. He did everything for me. Super friendly customer service, location is very convenient, I can't think of anything that went wrong. I would highly recommend this place for U-Haul rentals but I have not used it for storage. Customer service appears to be top notch... read more
Have rented units for years , great price on units and not many rent increases. Plus they have moving supplies in their store, if they don't have it they will order it for you.
1. Dude who checked me out when I rented the camper was very nice. He loaned me a single hitch because my hitch was too large. 2. Got to the place where I was picking up my daughter's crib set and there were no blankets in the back of the trailer. Blankets that I asked for and paid for. So my daughter's crib set got scuffed up on the way home cuz it had to be picked up that day and that time! 3. The location sucks! Have rented here for the last five years, great staff and any time I need an extra unit no problem or any moving supplies that I need, they will even order specific boxes.
I am the owner of 911 Restoration of Chattanooga. We have rented office and storage space here for the last 5 years and they meet our needs perfectly. Staff is friendly and responsive to all needs.
