The 5 year workmanship warranty must be completely worthless, since I can't get anyone to fix the small section of shingle that is lifted up at the seam of some drip edge. My install was in May, told them in June took 3 weeks before someone came out to look, now it's August still no one has came to fix this issue. I had another issue with them stating they do work, then turned around saying I misunderstood, they don't offer that work. I didn't bring up the issue y'all mentioned I needed it done, not me!
