I was emailed & I replied we were from out of their area & traveling 40 minutes to them. I was told no problem just to call before we leave & they would hold the car for us until we get there. I called & was told by salesman Bob they would warm up the car & have it waiting. When we got there the car was out on a test drive with another person. I was told by the same salesman Bob with attitude we don't hold cars. The car was sold to the person who test drove it & we wasted our time & money to go look at a car that was promise... read more
