Bothell location. If you are staying on top floor you are lucky. But on any other floor you can hear someone walking from the floor above your apartment. And that is so annoying it feels like someone is hammering on your head. I complained every time it was unbearable. I sent videos as well to the management in which they could clearly hear it. And guess what!!! They stopped responding. Horrible experience. Beware of this.
First off if you already own a home from this builder...my SINCEREST APOLOGIES!! BUT!! If you have not my advice...search elsewhere or buyer beware. I have worked for this company for over 25 years and I can tell you..they use the absolute cheapest for EVERYTHING but expect quality work...DOESN'T HAPPEN!! You get what you pay for. They are only out for themselves and how much money they can make and how fast they can slap them up. I cant even tell you how many times I heard..."Whats taking her so long?"
